1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Saturday
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or United Kingdom public holidays
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or high order volumes

Otaypak is an independent retailer based in Wrexham, United Kingdom.

To provide efficient service and product availability, orders may be fulfilled from multiple international warehouses depending on inventory levels and destination.

Otaypak is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
